Burning Issue - Let them go under

The results of our 'Burning Issue' poll showed that a firm majority of you - 72%, believed that one of either Portsmouth or Cardiff City, both debt ridden, should be allowed to go under to send a firm message to clubs spending beyond their means.

The results come on the back of Portsmouth asking special permission from the Premier League to allow them to sell players outside the transfer window.  The 2008 FA Cup winners have until the end of the month to avoid a winding up order from the High Court.  Cardiff are also fighting a huge tax bill which could also see the face with a winding up order.

And it seems you believe that in order for football club's to sort themselves out, a club must perish.  If Portsmouth were to go under they would be the first to do so in the history of the Premier League.
