Female football coaches on the rise

The number of female football coaches in the UK is on the rise. The FA have reported that every month around 200 female coaches begin working towards their Level One qualification and they anticipate qualifying their 20,000^th female coach in the next few weeks.

Some County FAs are now holding female only coaching courses which are thought to have increased female participation in the coaching of the sport.
