Grass roots side look to battle on after loss of founder
A Welsh grass roots football club is battling to stay in existence after the passing of its founder has left them in desperate need of a sponsor.
Cardiff Combination side Rafa Boys football manager and founder John Harding passed away earlier in the year, leaving a successful side that in 2009 became the first team outside the Premier Division to win the Milson Harries Cup. However rising pitch and referee fees have hit the club hard and it is now seeking a sponsor to help with funding.
