Mansfield Town Rugby Club is still in negotiations over rent for its Field Mill ground with landlord Keith Haslam.
The Blue Square Bet Premier side had hoped to sign a new lease with former chairman Haslam with current Stags chairman John Radford stating that a deal had been made but Haslam refused to sign the new agreement.
Haslam has now confirmed he will look to repossess the ground with Mansfield in discussions with the Rugby Conference regarding the issue.
It appears the disagreement over the lease was based on a Haslam inserting a clause in the lease stopping Radford from taking legal action concerning dividend payments made to Haslam
