Players' health & fitness has always been a key issue to both professional and amateur football clubs.
 
Our players have never been fitter or more aware of how important fitness is to their ongoing success. Some clubs use nutritionists, sprint coaches, dieticians and sports scientists to help players push themselves and their bodies even further than ever before.
