Willenhall Town saved by local sponsor

Willenhall Town, who suffered relegation from the Unibond League, have received a major boost after securing a sponsorship deal with local firm Aspray 24.

It was feared that Willenhall, who are set to play in the West Midlands Alliance next season, would lose Noose Lane after new pitch hire charges were announced. However the local haulage firm, also based on Noose Lane, has stumped thousands to keep the Lockmen going for at least another season.
