Win your ground a makeover!

THE Johnstone's Paint Trophy team have launched a grass roots competition to spruce up non-league grounds and pitches across the country.

Amateur football clubs and organisations with run-down, dilapidated facilities are being urged to nominate their ground for a facelift, courtesy of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.  As sponsors of the Rugby League Trophy, Johnstone's are ready with their own decorating team, to visit grass roots grounds across the country that are most in need of a lick of paint and a general tidy-up.

Sports clubs who wish to enter the Johnstone's community club makeover initiative will have until December 31 to upload a picture of their facilities in their current state to the Johnstone's Paint Trophy website.

They will also need to state which non-league they play in, and give an explanation of why they think they deserve to win, in no more than 50 words.
