Roadmap gives increased hope for return of Football & Rugby Business Networking Events

Boris Johnson's 'Road Map' out of COVID leaves the way open for indoor gatherings like events to take place without restriction from June 21st -if the data allows -

Before that, from May 17 up to 10,000 spectators can attend the very largest outdoor seated venues like football stadiums.

Sports venues like swimming pools and gyms can re-open in April with some open air activities like golf allowed from end of March.

There is many a slip possible between now and the end of June but with a fair wind if the June deadline is met, our business networking events, on-hold for over a year - will kick-off with Manchester City.

FieldTurf are the event sponsors and despite all the uncertainty most of the exhibition spaces are already sold.

FTD's John Booth said 'We know from our clients that there is pent up demand to network again and provided there is no slippage in Boris's Road Map we look forward to July 8th.

'That's the date for our planned networking event at the Etihad and this will be followed by an event a month for the rest of the year.

Anyone interested in exhibiting or attending our networking events can email me at john@sportsglobal.co.uk'
